Of course you're more than your title, that's the nature of who we are and how we identify ourselves! How do we want to be identified in our work and life, and who gets to determine that? Who gets to choose what title we're known by?
It would seem obvious that it should be up to us, but it's not always easy to navigate that, nor to find the confidence and even the permission to say, "Well, I'm more than my title. I'm more than just the job that I happen to have right now."
More Than My Title was released in 2020, and now Sarabeth is coming out with a new book: Seen Known Valued: How to Achieve Career Belonging in a Workforce Obsessed with Fit.
